Based at our head office in New Plymouth our team of technicians work hard to provide our customers with a memorable visit by providing great service with a focus on quality workmanship, timely completion of jobs, friendly and welcoming environment. We have a highly skilled team of technicians with considerable experience in all aspects of the automotive industry. Each member of the team brings experience from their trade and has adapted into the RV & Caravan industry with ease. The team is continually improving their skills to meet industry requirements and technicians are motivated by knowledge sharing culture.

While we have spent many hours developing our knowledge base, we have carefully selected well suited contractors to complement our work to achieve consistent high stardard of service. Our 230V Registered Electrician, Registered Gas technicians, Upholstery, Decal & Automotive Painters allow us to service every aspect of the industry with a focus on quality repairs and upgrades to any brand of motorhome or caravan.

Over recent years warranties on new and used motorhomes and caravans have changed for the better for the customer with most companies implementing yearly water ingress insepctions and habitation checks that must be completed to retain the body warranty.

We are pleased to say we are completing these checks for many of the larger sales companies in the industry and are happy to help any of our customers to simplify this process. Combined with this service we are also able to offer complete warranty repairs for the same companies, streamlining the process between seller and customer ultimately reducing the stress associated with warranty repairs.
